Offenders have access to phones inside their cells. Phones are on daily from 7 am until 2 am. Phones are provided by Combined Public Communications. New arrest will be given one (1) five (5) minute phone card. If offenders do not have time on their phone account, they will have to make collect calls. Messages cannot be passed to offenders. Time can be added to an offender’s phone account in one of the following ways:

1. Go to inmatesales.com
2. Call 1-877-998-5678
3. By using the BLUE kiosk in the lobby
4. An offender may transfer money from their commissary account to their phone account.
